01Is this required?

No. Support is entirely voluntary and has no effect on the participating business, its website, or any future relationship.

02Is this a charitable donation?

No. Velomensa is not presenting this program as a charity, and the paid support receipt is not an official charitable donation receipt.

03What happens after I contribute?

Confirmed support is recorded in the program ledger. You receive a paid support receipt and can optionally subscribe for program updates.

04Can I support a particular business?

The source link records which participating website introduced the program. Contributions support future selected projects rather than purchasing work for a specific business.

05When is my Konek receipt issued?

Your support receipt is issued only after Moneris confirms the Konek payment. Konek may offer Interac Direct from an eligible bank account or an eligible debit or credit card.
